Purpose of this course is to train freedivers aware of their own limits and of the way to gradually overcome them, in total safety, through the acquisition of a correct technical gesture in the water and the correct breathing, relaxation and equalization techniques.
At the end of the course the student will be able to perform a static apnea of at least 1'45'', a dynamic apnea of 35m, 25m breaststroke diving, and dive at least 10m in constant weight.

Advanced
During this course the student will refine the techniques of relaxation, breathing and advanced compensation techniques. The concept of training and training planning will be introduced.
At the end of the course the student will be able to perform a static apnea of at least 2'45'', a dynamic apnea of 60m, 35m breaststroke diving, and dive to at least -20m in constant weight.

Deep
The freediver who participates in the Deep course already has a good degree of awareness. During this course, the aspects of mental training and the planning of specific training will be deepened, refining the breathing, relaxation and compensation techniques already acquired in previous courses.
At the end of the course the student will be able to perform a static apnea of at least 3'30'', a dynamic apnea of 75m, 50m breaststroke diving, and dive to a pleasant -30m in constant weight.

During the course, we will delve into basic and advanced clearing techniques, suitable for both beginners and expert freedivers. At the end of the theoretical-practical exam, he will be released each participant receives the Share Equalization patent.

Try Mermaiding course
Live the experience of swimming with a monofin and/or mermaid tail, a dream that we have all wanted to realize at least once! Try Mermaiding Weekend course
During this course we will learn the basics of freediving with a monofin and/or mermaid tail, with plenty of space for fun and the creation of unforgettable scenic photos. The course is suitable for ages 6 and up and has a total duration of 6 hours, spread over two days. The lessons will take place in the swimming pool and, at the end, a certificate of participation will be issued. The necessary equipment will be provided directly by the diving company.
